It isn't as wide as its contemporary. The OLED technology allows you to get the real detail color of the display which makes images brighter.
The display isn't the sharpest of but it doesn't have poor color when moved around. Most people heard about the bezel-less rumor while some believed but it's false information. It still has slight bands around the screen edges but it isn't curved or rounded like that of Samsung.
Apps on the iPhone X isn't as large as the screen so you'll see black bars above the below, nonetheless, the Apps gets new update and adjust to the screen size as time goes on. The iPhone Z also has HDR playback display that shows movies encoded in the HDR10 and Dobly vision format which are assisted by the OLED display to produce much more colors even effect. iPhone X video ability is somewhat amazing, being one of the best at the moment it delivers video with 4K recording at 60fps which enhance the video quality.
Verdict
iPhone X is one of the best Apple product at the moment. It has a nice camera and enough storage to store everything you need, nonetheless, the battery capacity isn't encouraging but it's manageable. If you have enough budget, then go get iPhone X at all cost.
