The Samsung A50 is quite different from A40, A40 doesn't have fascinating features like the A50. The camera abilities aren't as unique as the A70 but it's a bit average. It has a larger display and quick navigation, the UI is fast. Even though the camera quality is something to worry about, but it's still one of the best when it comes to the A series.
It has stocked features than the Galaxy A10, A20 and A30. It has more camera and storage than other A series. It is the most premium out of all other Wives Series. It is also affordable. The release date of Samsung Galaxy A80 has not been disclosed yet, the smartphone is out on a sale from late April till date.
Design & Display
A30 Display Twin
Samsung Galaxy A50 isn't any different from A30. It has the same screen size of 6 4-inch Super AMOLED Infinity-U display, even though it feels a bit larger on the sides. It has the same thickness – 7.7mm, that's the reason we call it the A30 Display Twin because of the similarities in display feature.
Even with the similarities in display features, the only difference is the fingerprint sensor. Samsung Galaxy A30 has a rear fingerprint sensor but on the A50 its the reverse. The fingerprint sensor is optical and built into the screen. This is just one of the amazing feature. You'll get to see a lot of them as you go on. It's annoying to see that Samsung Galaxy A30 has a better vibrant colour than the A50, the screen brightness is very low even when it's at the maximum is still looks low.
It has 3.5mm headphone like others, and USB-ac cable on the back, while the volume button and the power button are placed by the side. It is made up of Aluminum frames but isn't noticeable, you have to look closely. It is also a bit weighty. Finally, what we expected, Guess?
I know you would skip to see it. Lol
It is the Gorilla Glass on the front of the phone, you don't have to worry about your phone falling. You are assured that nothing is going to happen.
It was also recalled that the A50 would be out in four colours. It has the same colour as the A40 with just black added to it. The colours are - pink, white, blue, black.
Camera
Low Contrast Images
Fast Image Focus
Even though we mentioned earlier about the average camera qualities, but it still good enough for day-to-day use. It has 25MP main camera with an aperture of f/1.7, while the depth sensor has 5MP and an aperture of f/2.2, that's a bit impressive. The depth sensor helps in Live Focus portraits images. The ultra-wide lens is 8MP and an aperture of f/2.2, it has a field of view of 123 degrees which is quite amazing. Moreover, the images taken with the Samsung Galaxy A50 has low contrast.
The depth lens helps a lot, starting from the quick focus – which helps to focus on images more faster and gives the subject nice background blur even before clicking the shutter button.
The selfie camera has 25MP, the image quality isn't any different from that of the back camera, even though it doesn't harvest depth lens. At least it good enough for day-to-day use.
Battery
Large Battery Capacity
The battery capacity is much larger than other A-Series, it has a battery capacity of 4000mAh which is definitely enough to last all day long even for a heavy user. It also supports fast charging like others. The battery could even last for almost two days for average phone users.

Fast Navigation
Samsung Galaxy A50 runs on Pie OS (Android 9), it has fast navigation. During our little check know it we found out that it loads much faster than its counterpart, not to worry this article would be updated for our still review.
Storage
Samsung Galaxy A50 storage capacity would be available in 2 sizes. you may ask, which size?
The first having an internal storage capacity of 64GB with 4GB RAM, while the second has almost a double of the first – 128GB internal storage capacity and 6GB RAM. It's also possible to expand the storage capacity using a microSD card, which can be expanded to 512GB.
Verdict
Out all A series this the only one that impressed us the most. It has a large battery capacity and manageable storage space. Looking at the price tag, we didn't expect such stocked features.
